• Evaluate the qualifications of welders and NDT technicians with regard to the assigned activities
• Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and filethe required Quality Records

• Maintenance and calibration of various instrument used for measurement and control of process variables viz pressure, temperature, flow and level.
• Documentation of calibration report as part of company’s quality management programme (ISO 9001:2000)
• Overhauling of various control valves, positioner and actuators.
• Operation of PLC (Allen-bradly plc 5/40l, 1771-p7)
• Operation and maintenance of various instrument controllers in the plant control room
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of utility instruments assisting automation of boiler system
