Job Profile
• Preparation of Isometric Drawings for Pipe Spool bends compared with General assembly (GA) Drawings
• Familiarization of Instrumentation Field Documents P&ID, Hook up, wiring Drawing, Location Sketch (separator, surge tank)etc..
• Loop testing and commissioning of various control loops,
• Tube cutting and bending and cable termination
• Knowledge of Electrical panel wiring
• Coordinating Non Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MPI, and PT) and inspection, PWHT etc…
• Evaluate the qualifications of welders and NDT technicians with regard to the assigned activities
• Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and filethe required Quality Records

Job Profile
• Checking the different type of steam traps using VKP EX40
• Finding the fault of steam traps using VKP EX40
• Sending Enquires in different supplier
• Checking oilfield material
• Checking files and Follow up different supplier
• Maintenance and calibration of various instrument used for measurement and control of process variables viz pressure, temperature, flow and level.
• Documentation of calibration report as part of company’s quality management programme (ISO 9001:2000)
• Overhauling of various control valves, positioner and actuators.
• Operation of PLC (Allen-bradly plc 5/40l, 1771-p7)
• Operation and maintenance of various instrument controllers in the plant control room
• Trouble shooting and maintenance of utility instruments assisting automation of boiler system
