Directs and Coordinates activities of the organization in the field of information technology in accordance with identified company goals to obtain optimum system efficiency, accuracy and security of data by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Project Management and governance of the program laid in by the organization.
Coordination with the stake holders in procurement of software, and hardware acquisition.
Initiates test of system programs/modules and scheduling limitations to determine the implementation of the gathered requirements.
Change requests reviewed for approval or rejection or deletion during the project implementation.
Arranging meetings between the internal teams and the software vendors for change requests.
Imparting Training and assisting users, computer operator and programmer to use properly.
Visit Vendors to observe demonstration of systems software.
Confers with personnel of organizations units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
Upgrades system and corrects errors to maintain system after implementation.
Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in computer operations.
Derives plan and develops policies and procedures for carrying out computer operations.
Meets with department Managers to discuss progress of work, resolve problems, and ensure that standards for quality and quantity of work are established.
Adjusts hours of work, priorities, and staff assignments to ensure efficient computer operation based on workload.
Purchase of Hardware and Software in accordance with the organization requirements.

ERP Project Mangement and Implementation:

Business Process Study and Re-engineering

Managing the client server connectivity between branches and head office using Citrix Meta Frame Access Suite 3.0 and Citrix Presentation Server 4.0.
Installation of Oracle & developer on server and clients
Verification and confirmation of Data entered by the users from various braches and generating financial entries.
Act as troubleshooter for the head office and branches.
Import of branches data and it’s processing at head office.
Installation, Training and Implementation of Orion software in head office and in branches.
Hand Held Terminal Implementation
Design and guidance to Arabian Computer Projects staff in preparation of Route Companion software for Hand Held Terminals.
