• Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Architectural scope of works and systems such as Skylights (IGU, ETFE), Facade (Curtain wall, GFRC, ACP, Stone), False Ceiling, Flooring (Tiles, Stones, Epoxy), Wall Finishes (Cladding, Paint), Doors / windows & Landscaping.
• Reviewing of Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, ITPs, MTS in accordance with project specifications and standards.
• Supervise and verify the quality control of site Architectural works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project.
• Performed daily surveillance inspections to monitor contractor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and materials, issuing JSIs and NCRs for identified non-conformities.
• Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through material delivery report.
• Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Architectural works, by the independent lab for all finishing
products when required.
• Prepared weekly and monthly progress reports to track project status, quality, payments and key deliverables.
• Executed complete handover processes by preparing, tracking, and closing snag lists and punch lists.

• Preparing Conceptual Design, Spatial Coordination, Technical Design, Construction Drawing and As-built Drawing for various building and Infrastructure Projects.
• Coordination of Drawing and Documentation of all the construction engineering work like Mechanical (HVAC),
Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & Structure.

• Preparing Design Drawings, Shop Drawings, Technical Design and Construction Drawing for various infrastructure and institutional projects.
• Coordination of Drawing and Documentation of all the construction engineering work like Mechanical (HVAC),
Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting & Structure.
• Oversee project timeline.
• Coordination with Clients, Engineers and site staff.

• Preparing concepts, 2D & 3D drawings, presentations for high end residential and hospitality projects.
