HR Recruitment: -
• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT roles.
• Maintaining and Updating Recruitment Trackers.
• Coordinate with respective stakeholder for staffing needs and Manpower Requisition form (MRF) to draft Job description (JD).
• Source and recruit mid-to-senior-level candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and Shine.com) and Employee Referral.
• Responsible for recruiting local and expatriate candidates for the United Arab Emirates, Africa, India, and Southeast Asia - Myanmar, Cambodia and Indonesia.
• Screening the candidates and sharing the shortlisted CVs to the respective stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining a pool of available talent as per Business Requirements.
• Salary negotiations with the candidates and facilitating the joining process
HR Operation: -
• Maintaining and Updating Employee Master Data sheet.
• Presented and shared HR analytics reports with senior management, generated using Power BI, to
• Support strategic decision-making.
• Prepared, Manage, and regularly updated the organization’s telephonic directory to ensure accurate And accessible contact information across all departments
• Issuing various letters: offer letter (LOI), appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, relieving letter, experience letter, etc.
• Generate and assign Employee codes and Official mail I’d for employees.
• Oversee record keeping of employees and organization documents in Hard and Soft copy.
• Coordinate with Vendor for background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
• Responsible for On-boarding the candidates and giving induction to newly joined employees.
• Handling the Visa process of an Expats Employee from India.
• Coordinating with the Training Manager to schedule sales, behavioral, and product training for newly joined employees.
• Responsible for time sheet management such as sick leave, Earned leaves, Causal leave, bereavement leave, compensatory off, etc.
• Registering Employees on ESIC, EPF & HRMS Portals.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all expatriate and local employees in the UAE, Africa region and Southeast Asia, ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Resolving employee grievance on a timely basis.
• Assisting in Employees Performance, Succession planning, Policy drafting and Implementing.
• Collaborate with HR team and Department Head to enhance Employee experience.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Ensuring 100% completion of employee off-boarding and settlement formalities according to company guidelines.
