with service provider periodically, updating requirements, and following procedures. Deploy Governmental
& Residential OSP (outside plant) Fiber Optics Networks & FTTX Projects. Following Drawings, Network
Design, BOQ’s and arranging budgets and projects follow-up. Estimating & Purchasing Projects Materials and
follow Time-Plans. Periodic Team Force planning and training for the personnel. Organizing the overall load
amount of work by assigning strictly followed schedules for employees. Conducting latest technology used in
OSP Telco by partners in MENA & the world. Qualify department for Tech. Inspection/Audit & certifications
such as OSP by BV and ISO. Coordinating within vendor, clients and team force to site handover and
completion. Assuring to meet HSQE, Co. regulations, governmental involved permissions and Co-Partners
during Projects development. Deployed up to 120 STC FDT (Fiber Distribution Terminal) Civil & Fiber work
during 2016-2019. Fulfilled more than 10 Residential OSP for STC in Hofuf 2015-2017. Directing
infrastructure schematic of Al Ahsaa National University (ongoing Project) 2015-2019. Handling 10 Fiber
teams in parallel for utmost productivity in strictly time-plans.

Telecommunications Projects, FTTX, GSM, Low Current

Smart Building design & planning. Low current planning & installations. Interconnecting KNX/EIB system
devices to security & access control systems. Daily follow-up on project and clients. Testing & commissioning
at sites to Handover.
* JAN 2013 - MAR 2013 3G & 4G, Huawei, (STC Cont.) CWO Engineer Dammam, KSA
Training with Contracted - Subcontractors Swapping Ericsson BTS to Huawei BTS. Swap for microwave from
Ericsson to Huawei (cutover). CWO test (circuit work order) in transmission RAK (Huawei and Alcatel lucent
transmission). Daily follow up on project execution, address issues at sites, until hand over.

Troubleshooting Network and IP-Based telecom devices regularly. Developing extended networks and
biometrics. Interconnecting all branches with the main office and headquarter.

Maintaining and installing biomedical equipment. Testing & improving the procedures and biomedical
devices. Performing investigation and configuring biomedical PC-based applications
