• Ensuring the Electrical maintenance.
• Attend break downs, troubleshooting the faults.
• Maintenance of 2500KVA indoor sub-station, 10MVA transformers, UPS, emergency generator set 500KVA, 1MVA (Caterpillar, Saudi diesel).
• Maintenance of Westinghouse gas and diesel turbine (12.5MVA) emergency use.
• Prepares daily/ weekly preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) report during surveillance.
• Ensure modifications and additions to existing Building electrical and electronics system.
• Maintain in working conditions of LV and MV and RMU’s panels.
• Maintain in working conditions MCC panels and motors, variable speed drives.
• Conduct routine operational checks related to maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and facilities.
• Reporting and following up.
• Coordinate with superiors and other sections.
• Ensure routine recording, registering recording of maintenance activities.
• Also good experience in BMS (Building automation system) and fire alarm system (HONEYWELL).
Reviewing the design/shop drawings
•Following and updating revised drawings and submitting the variation reports to the contracts dept.
•Ordering the Required material as per project specifications.
•Coordinating with Mechanical, civil departments and finishing in optimum time to avoid repetitive work.
•Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
•Preparing weekly report and submitting to the project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the progress on the site.
•Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule.
•Utilizing technical skills required to do the job assigned with safety, quality, ease, on time, within the budget in a professional way.
•Attending site meeting with other departments and planning action for the procurement of items related to electrical and mechanical works.
•Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the project manager
•Assisting the Quantities department in preparing monthly payments.
•Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection ticket.
•Preparing summary log reports for materials etc.
•Preparation of bills of quantities.
•Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
•Preparation and finalization of schedules for site works.
•Project delivery as per the quality system procedures.
