Have expertise in Infrastructure Contracts, Jv's, Toll Agreements, Service matters, criminal cases, Civil Cases, Arbitration and related Litigation. Previously have also worked on case basis for a leading law firm and handled NHAI cases. Have gained substantial experience in steering arbitration and corporate matters especially those concerning telecom, banking, infrastructure contracts, commercial, land acquisition, electricity, intellectual property and environmental laws. This includes drafting of Agreements related to collection of Toll, Infrastructure Contracts., Power Purchase Agreements, Legal Notices, Statement of Claims, MOA and JV for Government and private corporate clients, MOA and JV for Government and private corporate clients.
Advisory services to the organizations and societies: Regular professional services to the private companies, trust and societies including housing societies and non government organizations.
I have worked with the Delhi office of the law firm and also dealt with their cases at Lucknow, many other districts of U.P. and Nanital High Court. Role and responsibilities then included meeting and advising clients, preparing briefs, research and court appearances. Represented the clients in the Supreme Court of India, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity and CAT and at High Court of Delhi, High Court Bench, Lucknow, High Court at Nanital etc.
