• Prepared contracts including formal, short form and annual contracts in addition to drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution, on disclosure agreements, sales/purchasing agreements, sub-contracts, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, master agreements, and review of customer proposed terms and conditions.

*Recruiting more than 90 Key Accounts Customers through establishing strong communication channels with Country & Region VIPs.
*Increasing contracts recruited from 2.45 Contracts per day up to 4.28 Contracts per day per salesman in Nestle 5-Gallon Sales Division.

*Responsible for gathering Market Information through conducting Several Marketing Surveys in order to measure customer satisfaction, Customer Awareness, Service Feedback, and Competitors SWOT Analysis.
