These achievements demonstrate my expertise in optimizing supply chain and logistics operations. By analyzing the logistics network, I was able to identify opportunities for cost savings and reduce shipping costs by 51%. This involved streamlining transportation routes, negotiating better rates with carriers, and implementing more efficient inventory management practices.

Additionally, by managing inventory optimally and intelligently, I was able to reduce inventory levels by 25%. This involved implementing inventory management software and processes to optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts and lead times. By doing so, we were able to reduce carrying costs, minimize stockouts, and ensure that the right products were in stock at the right time.
