By analyzing the logistics network, I was able to identify opportunities for cost savings and reduce shipping costs by 51%. This involved streamlining transportation routes, negotiating better rates with carriers, and implementing more efficient inventory management practices.
Additionally, by managing inventory optimally and intelligently, I was able to reduce inventory levels by 25%.
