1. Tracking System (Bus) - RM 25 Million;
2. Simulator System (Bus) - RM 8 Million;
3. Ticketing System (Bus&Rail) - RM 45 Million
4. Bus Control Centre System (Bus) Part of item 1;
5. Videowall System (Bus) RM 3 Million;
6. Time Attendance System RM 9 Miliion;
7. SAP Part of item 6;
8. Planning and Scheduling System - RM 10 Million;
9. Bus Integrated System (Bus) - RM 110 Million; and
10. MRT Feeder Bus System - RM 45 Million

Proven ability to
Tender Stage
1. Preparing complete Technical Requirement for the above projects;
2. Liaising with all stakeholders to gather all requirements;
3. Submitting requirement to Central Procurement Dept for next Tendering process

Project Award
1. Conducting clarification and negotiation with the Contractor;
2. Finalizing Letter of Award and Contract Agreement; and
3. Preparing Board Paper for Approval of successful Contractor.

Design and Implementation Stage
1. Conducting and implement the followings:
- Kick Off meeting;
- PreliminaryDesign Review (PDR)
- Final Design Review (FDR)
2. Lead project implementation untill completetion;
3. Chairman of every Project's Meeting;
4. Risk assessment;
5. Liason with 3rd Party such as Local authorities for relevant approval;
6. Conducting installation inspection;
7. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT), Cycle Test and etc;
8. Manage stakeholder expectation;
9. Payment Processing; and
10. Preparation for the Issuance of Certificate of Completion.

Handover Stage
1. Plan and Manage handover of Project once completed to users

Warranty
1. Warranty monitoring;
2. Issues assessment and solving
3. Issuance of Certificate of Warranty Completion namely known as Certificate of Making Good Defects (CMGD)
