As Project Sales Engineer responsible for gathering market intelligence related to new projects, shutdown activities, competitors, changes in relevant organizations, policies/regulations and other factors that can affect the company business.
Networking with people at various level in the marketplace aimed at developing long-term business relationships.
Achieving prequalification with existing and potential customers to enable bidding for projects.
Responsible for ensuring all client inquiries are being responded efficiently and in a timely manner.
Develop existing and prospective relationships with key clients to offer innovative opportunities for
business growth in the region.
Value based business propositions for clients/customers to extract benefits from offering our
services/equipment rental and create a barrier for competition from entering into business with
customer.
Keep close coordination with the proposal team while estimating the proposal to ensure compliance
with terms & conditions as defined by the client.
Arrange and conduct visits of prospective clients to company offices and facilities.
Working to ensure that prerequisites (like pre-qualification or getting on a vendor number) are
fulfilled within a timely manner.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from our project services in designated region.
Monitoring the status of the project as per given schedule by planning department.
Taking the lead of Assigned projects in terms of Supervision and smooth completion of project
without any hurdles.
Arranging Manpower according to client requirements through company sourcing.
Experience in Oil refineries and Petrochemical industries in Plant maintenance, Plant shutdowns and
Projects.
Taking the lead of Assigned projects in terms of Site in charge and smooth completion of project without any hurdles.
Ensure work of contractors is carried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and that the adhere to the Permit to Work System.
Keeping the customer satisfied with our team services. Work planning and material preparations.
Proactively established and maintained collaborative relationship with potential customers,
suppliers and manufacturers to support profitable business projects while achieving high customer
satisfaction
Establish the business development ideas towards improving sales record of the company.
Responsible for the submission of invoices and payment collections from the customer within the credit limit period
Responsible for all the piping activities in Process Area under Ground Piping, Construction
planning, Schedule control, Erection, Supervising and Controlling Supervisor, Foreman, Charge
Hand The re-work of piping activities and commissioning.
• Fabrication and, installation of Pre- Erection of Piping, Pipeline, commissioning, Commissioning &
Start-up, Priority Scheduling, Man Power Planning, Project Execution, Production and Project
reports, Client correspondence, Client Meeting, Trouble Shooting, Claiming Variations.
• Responsibility for supervision of fabrication, erection, assemblies, alignments of pipe spools,
piping supports, structural, valves and accessories, Piping Tie-ins, Testing, Pre-commissioning,
Start-up, etc.
• Check and verify construction drawings and plans for its completeness and compliance with
applicable specifications, codes and standards, and ensure that the material / equipment’s to be
used.
• Preparing BOM (Bill of Material) for Piping & Specialty items.
