RESPONSIBILITIES
• Unloads materials from trucks - Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents- Counts, weighs, and measures goods received or - Dispenses items and posts amounts of items to inventory control cards or automated - enter data and edit stock orders in a computerized inventory system, if available.
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal English - Experience in major multi-discipline projects essential - Coordination with the Engineering and Construction Departments

• Oversees the warehousing and storage of all electrical, mechanical supports materials, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Plans and directs the physical inventory and stock control programs
• Develops procedures and recommends estimates to the management for an orderly and timely replacement of existing equipment and supplies
• Maintains quality control and up-to-date records (including invoices) of all inbound supplies, materials, products and item shipments.
• Supports implementation of standard health and safety practices, esp. fire prevention program as prescribed by the local government
• Supervises the cleanliness, maintenance and hazard controls of the storages including waste disposals of packaging materials
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the Warehouse Manager
• Coordinating with all other disciplines' managers for all projects and through interface management team. Engineering designs and construction projects.
• Coordination with the QA/QC and HSE Departments to ensure objectives of the company are met.
• Systematic thinking and analytical skills,
• 20 years experiences in the field of material warehouses related to building construction.
• Capable of chiller performing,
• capable of handling site supervision work.
• Monitor and assign work to Site manpower in accordance with Company's policies and procedures and limits of authority.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with contract requirements and Company guidelines.
• Verifies items received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages. Properly verifies and approves invoices submitted
