Project's involved were Mosque, Cafeteria and Training Centre building's @ Al-Zour "NRP" new Refinery Project ( $19bn ), under the Supervision of Fluor's Joint venture FDH JV team which was selected by (KIPIC) as (EPC) Contractor.
Job Duties & Capability :
___To Oversee total Constr. Execution & Progress on timely or earlier Completion and within budget.
___To Follow-up and implement Safety and Qa/Qc Procedures.
___To Ensure adherence with Company, Client, Project Policies, Procedures and Standards.
___To Lead a large Constr. Team with different skills & Categories, Improve Team’s Performance.
___To Raise potential Time Cost Impact and Variation Report, and to Evaluate Value Engineering with Cost saving performance.
___To Ensure Harmonious and Successful Operation of Construct and Problem resolution.
___To Provide direction to Planning, Scheduling, Engineering and Construction functions.
