•Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality Code of Constructions Safety Practice and International standards for best safety practices.
•Supervising and developing toolbox talk's content with coordination of sub-contractor safety team.
•Ensuring HSE Inductions and other safety trainings given to operative working at site.
•Coordinating the safe loading/ offloading procedures, testing, color coding and certifications of all lifting gears and equipment's.
•Responsible for making regular site inspection to ensure site wide compliance with legal requirements and HSE Plan.
