• Lead the cost estimating for Operational Expenses that Company is considering and setting up budgets and make sure that we are aligned with it and creating share cost by leasing utilities and generate revenue to the company.

• Identify risk management plan and mitigate the risk with action plan, comply with internal and external audit management processes.

Generating B-IT technical specifications manual for (sports facilities, equipment’s, constructions, and managing Team/Consultant/Vendors to comply with company guidelines and contracts following to FEDIC, and International contractual terms and conditions.
