Witnessing and sentencing of all production inspections within their disciplines.
Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken.
Review all inspection reports for compliance.
Assist in the organization, maintenance and control of the quality system.
Liaise with the machinist and provide assistance when requested.
Prepare nonconformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
Assist in resolving any discrepancies and ambiguities.
Coordinate with the machinist and assembler for the resolution of production problems.
The review of inspection test packages during the course of production activities.
Involve in wireline equipment production mostly for Artificial Lift.
Involve in Gas Lift Valve production and high pressure testing.
Involve in Side Pocket Mandrel production.
Involve in hydraulics and pneumatics system setting.
Responsible to assemble for fabricated parts based on drawing.
Implementing and improving 5S system on a daily basis.
Attending any services for the parts which returned by the customers.
Accountable to handle lathe, milling and drilling machines for parts’ internal reworks.
Accountable to do testing for every assembled part and troubleshoot the dysfunctional system.
Dispatch all the assembled parts to the warehouse on a timely manner either for customer or internal bookings.
Provide updated and accurate assembly information to the group leader and supervisor as well discussing with R&D Engineer for drawing update.
Accountable to do inspection for raw materials received before assembling.
Accountable to make documentations for external reworks, parts returned either to the supplier or main warehouse.
Successfully done with a project named Design An Auto-Forward System For Unmanned Underwater Vehicle (UUV) by Using Rudder done for both hardware and software. The steering system is controlled by PIC16F677A and the rudder is designed by using Solidworks. The rudder achieved to turn the UUV for desired angle of turns. The steering system is successfully tested in the 50 meters pool and also in the laboratory pool. The system is approved by the panels and a journal is proposed to be published for UTeM students’ reference.
