Design & Estimation of Fire Alarm system, Voice Evacuation, Gas Detection systems & Fire Suppression(FM200, NOVEC1230, Argonite) systems based on client requirements & Tender specifications.
•Attending meetings with clients, contractors & consultants to discuss & resolve Technical clarifications and engaging with In-Depth discussion of the proposed desingn & Bill of Material.
•Participate in the planning of the project & estimation with varrious departments in terms of available resources, tools, discusion of costing rates, Margins so as to develop an efficent & cost effective design & proposal.
•Develop relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain the most up to date market information.
•Evaluation of supplier Quotations, Quote comparatives and attending meetings with supplier to discuss the price basis, compliance and price negotiations.
•Attend internal meeting with procurement/managers to finalize the discounts, technical qualifications.
•Prepare multidiscipline, conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Capital Projects.
•Work closely with projects operations team, Sales Team & obtain inputs for pricing variation opportunities on existing projects and deliver outputs for Bidding projects.
•Attend on-site pre-bid / proposal conferences and site visits to determine scope of work, accessibility and content of estimates.
•Preparing compliance/justifications against the Technical queries raised for the quoted projects by Project consultants/Clients
•Reviewing & assisting the Technical team with project Technical documentaton for onward consultant/client submission & approval.
•Assissting the Project team with Site activities related to project design & specific application of various systems & resolving complex issues related to difficulties faced during project execution stage.
•Responsible for planning & executing Factory Acceptance Test for various offered systems.
