• Interview Clients: Communicating with potential clients to determine what kind of property they are looking for to see if the company fits their needs.

• Promote properties: Preparing advertisements for open houses and listings and setting appointments to show houses to clients.

• Prepare properties for sale or lease: Preparing properties for sale. Make sure houses does not need to be repaired, counseling homeowners on ways to give their homes curb appeal, and calling maintenance companies if needed.

• Negotiating: A mediator between buyers or tenants and seller, and when agreement has been made between two parties, I prepare necessary legal documents to close the deal.

• Rental and leases: Renting and leasing residential and business properties on behalf of clients.

• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.

• Display commercial and residential properties to clients and explain their features.

• Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.

• Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.

• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
