o Residential Building in Mine Village.
• Coordination with subcontractors for timely completion of project.
• To ensure proper manpower deployed by the subcontractors for achieving the specific target. Also, to check material availability with approval done prior to start of an activity.
• Reviewing the scope of work of subcontractor and apprising the Quantity Surveyor for any deviation.
• To ensure proper permits are issued prior to start of an activity.
• Infrastructure work (PVC, GRE/RTR, and G.I. pipe laying) and coordinating for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Services for the Mine Site building works.
• Material Approval, Inspection request. Coordinating with Quality Control department for effective completion of work and to avoid any anomalies.
• Coordinating with the client for any changes and delivering it as per scope and quality.
• Issuing Request for Information (RFI) to the designer for any doubts and taking advice, or for changes in design as per site condition and subsequently taking approval from it.
