o Duct Work, Fire Fighting, Plumbing
• Coordinating Electrical and Mechanical issues with other discipline and avoiding conflicts which lead to delay in project.
• Supervising mock-up room installation and taking final approval from the consultant.
• Issuing clearance for Civil prior to any activity as and when required.

Highlights:
• Distinguished efforts towards installing:
o Power Generation Building-Generators Installation
o Bore Well Pump
o Residential Building in Mine Village.
• Coordination with subcontractors for timely completion of project.
• To ensure proper manpower deployed by the subcontractors for achieving the specific target. Also, to check material availability with approval done prior to start of an activity.
• Reviewing the scope of work of subcontractor and apprising the Quantity Surveyor for any deviation.
• To ensure proper permits are issued prior to start of an activity.
• Infrastructure work (PVC, GRE/RTR, and G.I. pipe laying) and coordinating for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting Services for the Mine Site building works.
• Material Approval, Inspection request. Coordinating with Quality Control department for effective completion of work and to avoid any anomalies.
• Coordinating with the client for any changes and delivering it as per scope and quality.
• Issuing Request for Information (RFI) to the designer for any doubts and taking advice, or for changes in design as per site condition and subsequently taking approval from it.

1.To Erection & Installation of Drainage, Water supply network, and also fire fighting
2. Erection & Installation of Chilled Water Pipe Lines, Checking the Welding Joints and Quality of Welding.
3. Insulation of Ducts and Chilled Water Pipe.
4. Preparing the Bill of Material.
5. Handling the Man power, Material and Quality of Work.
6.. Forecasting of Material for the continuously work flow.
8. Coordinating with other fellow contractors for clearances to work.
9. Preparing the measurement, checking the measurement with clients and take the certification.
10. Maintaining the good relation with Client, PMC, Vendors, and Contractor.
11. Execution the Project as per Approved Drawings, Specifications, Scope of Work and Quality.
