- Build Partner capacity by teaming with the practice development team to engage targeted partners in the appropriate recruit stages
- Support the partner sales manager in the partner business planning process, partner portfolio development process, technical assessment and sales pipeline reviews
- Optimize partner capabilities by working cross boundary with business development managers, Partner sales managers, Tele-partner managers, and cloud practice recruit to identify key capacity and capacity gaps by strategic workload and that’s aligns capacity channel gaps and revenue expectations
- Assess partner technical delivery by using the practice development framework, applying an established assessment
- Manage insertion of appropriate Microsoft technology and sales resources on key opportunities including engagement with Microsoft sales teams depending on managed partner’s needs and the deal’s strategic value to Microsoft
- Utilize appropriate PTS and partner reporting tools to reflect work and keep current with role strategy
- Act as the partner focal point for the assigned strategic solution in the subsidiary.
Responsible for the design, implementation, management, and monitoring of the corporate network environment, network security infrastructure, and designs local and wide-area network architectures that meet the performance requirements.
* Monitoring Company’s Servers - Domain Controller, MS Exchange Server 2007, DHCP, DNS, VPN, ISA Server, SharePoint Server, Hyper-v, VMware ESX Server and Lync Server.
* Monitoring and administrating four Server rooms, five sites, and more than 600 end users
* Supervising and monitoring IT staff members.
* Managing and leading continuous improvements with the network’s performance, design, and implementations of LAN, WAN connectivity.
* Creating company policies and procedures governing corporate security, email and Internet usage, access control, and incident response.

* Managing of RAID-Levels, Group and system Policies, users’ profiles and permissions.
* Configuring Security and Group Policies and managing PIX Firewalls and Cisco Routers.
