 Responsible for the development, commissioning and support of automation and control systems.

 Making Modification to the existing Control system and designing new system based on a previous one.
 Creating and modifying documents e.g. Design approval, Project Drawings, Transmittal sheets, PLC logic diagrams, I/O list, System Alarm & Interlocks etc.
 Preparing Test documents and testing the functionality of the Control system.
 Providing technical support to customer over the telephone or by email.
 Interface closely with the manufacturing process to ensure quality, timely delivery and accurate forecasting for the production floor.
 Keep high standards in project engineering, efficiency, on time delivery.
 Deliver engineering projects on time, as per budget, with highest quality standards.
 Interface with customers (internal and external) for most important projects and technical issues resolution including close interaction and support of the tendering organisation and the manufacturing organization for panel assembly.
 Providing Technical support on existing projects.
 Deliver model strategy for Protection, Panels, DCS and site services activities.
 Contribute to Operation department development & Unit continuous improvement.
 Lead EHS/Safety actions and performance: fully compliant with GE rules and processes, ensure engineering teams (own and subcontracted) are properly trained and holders of required qualifications when required.

 Fault detection, Installation, troubleshooting and commissioning of sensors, actuators, drives, servo-motors, solenoid switches, relays, PLC, HMI & electrical distribution power panel and control panel.
 Programming of ABB ACS800/ACS 500 and Emerson Ac drives.
 Modifying PLC programs and panel view SCADA design as per the requirement.
 Develop operational knowledge of Atlas Copco chillers and compressors.
 Develop practical knowledge of machine operation for making shell and conversion.

 In charge of electrical component selection and design.
 Modifying PLC programs and SCADA design as per the requirement.
 Maintain, Upgrade and Install automated process control equipment for the manufacturing, filling and packaging of the final products & creating Historian reports and performed data queries.
 Interpret and revise electrical and instrumentation drawing including ladder logic, loop diagrams, P & IDs, and process flow diagrams.
 Install, maintain & troubleshooting equipment like contactor, relays, star-delta starters, transformer, switchgears, frequency drives, bearing, valves, solenoid switches, and pumps consistent with process and control instrumentation maintenance requirements etc.
 Working Knowledge on HVAC this includes steam boiler, chiller, heat exchanger & air compressor.

 Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Control and Power Panel, Motors, Generators & Transformers.
 Supervision and Inspection of control devices.
 Fault Detection in Industrial Machines. These include inspection, supervision and repairing.
 Inspection of Installation and testing of MV, LV switchgears & panels.
 Supervision and inspection of main distribution boards.
 Supervision and inspection of secondary distribution boards.
 Testing and commissioning of all electrical systems.
 Fire Alarm System & Access Door Control Inspection & Installations in buildings and Industries.
 Supervision, Inspection & Programming of CCTV (American Dynamic) & Master Clock Using GPS System.
 Fault Detection in Panels. These include inspection, supervision and repairing.
 Monitoring contractor QC Program. This includes site inspection for compliance. Maintain project safety awareness & enforce company safety policy.
