Responsibilities:
o To deliver Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions utilising the Microsoft BI platform/stack
o To design, define and document BI solutions, conducting technical requirements meetings, workshops, conference calls, discussion forums and related meetings in order to assist in the sales process
o To estimate time allowance against prospect projects
o To assist in the hands on development of customised solutions focused on BI
o To get involved in data modelling based on business requirements, and optimisation of data models for BI implementations
o To keep up to date on all technologies connected to Microsoft BI
o To consult as part of a team with clients, delivering projects to the best of your ability
o To develop customer relationships and communicate effectively with any client

Responsibilities:
o Support, maintain and develop the functions and processes within the BI and Big Data solutions such as Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, ETLs, ELTs, Data ingestions, ingestors, Listeners, Cubes, dashboards, reports, etc.
o Review and quality assure new and existing elements of the data infrastructure.
o Analyze and gather requirements from business owners, and plan project that will be undertaken using established quality methods with regard to the software development lifecycle.
o Provide technical support for Non-Technical using business intelligence platforms.
o Maintain a comprehensive set of technical documentation in relation to the BI solution.

Achievements:
o Develop a set of listeners to minimize the network and source systems overload that is caused by the ETLs.
o Overlook and assess the integration between the SAP and the SQL Server DW.
o Participates in the Data Science exercises by suggesting algorithms, and eliminate any show stoppers by providing the team with the needed data and support.
o Introduced and implemented self-service platforms, such as: PowerBI and Tableau.

Responsibilities:
o Support, maintain and develop the functions and processes within the BI solution such as Data Warehouses, ETLs, Cubes, dashboards, reports, etc.
o Analyze and gather requirements from business owners.
o Provide technical support for Non-Technical using business intelligence platforms, such as ABC (Activity Based Costing) Project.
o Maintain a comprehensive set of technical documentation in relation to the BI solution.

Achievements:
o Revisit, redesign, and redevelop the Data Warehouse APIs by adding more methods and modifying the existing in an efficient and BI like queries.
o Activity Based Costing Project monthly runs Standardization and Automation for 15 Entity.
o Creation of Data Quality Exercises to ensure that the data is always up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
o Manage the development team that was outsourced for a LMIS project in Canada.
o Manage the technical part for the products that are sold by the company: ACL and Google Apps.
o Manage the technical part of the PMS that was developed and operated by the company.
o Manage the recruitment process for Technical Engineers.

Achievements:
o Participation in code development by actively writing code and conducting unit testing.
o Visiting existing customers and providing workshops and/or trainings for their employees.
o Visiting prospect customers and providing onsite DEMOs and/or PoCs.

Responsibilities:
o Participates in developing set of client and server applications, implementing new features, solving bugs.
o Developing set of server applications, which includes a sense of CRM to the platform.
o Developing a front-end environment for a special programming language.
o Developing and maintain databases (Basic SQL, PL-SQL).
o Obtains and licenses components by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing, approving products, and communicate with the vendors when needed.
o Prepares the applications’ files and deliver it to the packaging unit.
o Fixing bugs, implementing new features that are suggested by the QA and testing unit, and approved by the technical manager.
o Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing the software development life-cycle.
o Provides engineering support and supervision to the technical operations staff when they are packaging, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers.
o Participates in interactions with customers as a technical expert for product subsystems.
o Investigates, analyzes and makes recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications.
o Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
