Responsibilities
Liaises with customer /clients in order to deal with their quires in relation with spares sales and service.
Prepare quotations for the spares request, service request and update customers for the appointments.
Follow up with the customers once the quotations are issued.
If any bulletin issued on the engine inform to customer and give instruction to perform the job as per OEM policy.
Make orders for spares/materials from OEM supplier through EXTRANET.
Inspects the spares if needs to be replace under warranty as per OEM policy.
Scrutiny with the engine serial number with the EXTRANET in order to issue spares under warranty.
Inspects the spares with the part numbers on Electronic Parts Catalog.
Deal with Key accounts manager (KAM) and customer relationship manager (CRM) for all issues in relation with service and spares sales before and after customer intervention.
Prepares and issue invoices on spares sales, services sales once jobs are completed through key accounts manager.
Prepare complete work packages with maintenance/service documents with documents for spares used and documents for all logistics supports.
Maintain logs and make technical data entry through EXTRANET in order to maintain maintenance history.
Update clients/customers on progress of the job on major overhauls.
Review the customer’s request and follow up to schedule the appointment for major overhaul, repair and service.
Organize, allocate and supervise daily work load depending on priority to avoid delay in engine service to the clients.
Prepare task cards based on problem reported.
Follow up with clients/customers for service update, order deliveries and outstanding.
Prepare quotations based on parts to replace and take approval from customers for jobs to perform.
Close the job cards once the job is completed and take the approval for the release.
Liaises with accounts manager and customer relationship manager during the opening on work packages and after job completion for closing work packages.
Ensure that all technical, maintenance, repair activities are carried as per manufactures recommendations.
PLAN AND EXECUTE THE TOTAL PROJECT UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISON OF PROJECT MANAGER
