Testing the possibility of expanding the idea to group of products either horizontally or
longitudinally.
Taking decisions.
Communications with the R&D department to start formulation and stability studies.
Communications with the regulatory affairs to start documentation and legal paper work.
Communication with packaging lab and quality assurance to start the formulation of the
box or wrapping and outer box.
Preparing the scientific documents for the products from the inserts, patient information
leaflets in English and Arabic and product specific characters.
Revising the whole process to decrease the mistakes.
Starting to prepare for the product 4Ps.
Premarketing activities to test the concept accepting and to correct any mistakes in process
of putting the positioning.

Manage the Product Management documentation- Product manual(s), Release Plan(s),
Product Roadmap(s), Release Notes and any other Requirements-level notes/sketches
Communicate and capture requirements in a way that customers can understand them e.g.
Themes, Epics, Logos, Brochures, Clinical studies, Test Cases, and Conditions of Satisfaction
etc.
