Matching market needs with product selection and facility new lines installation.
 Must have an excellent back ground of GMP and machinery selection with the target
capacities which will match the future needs and expansion plans.
 Profit maximization through revising all production steps like man power, utilities, and
machine capacity, and storage capacity, suitable raw and packaging materials.
 Raising funds for future expansions through contacting SIDF, banks, and setting the
company future vision
 Preparing all required documents and plans for SIDF loans.

 Communications with the regulatory affairs to start documentation and legal paper work.
 Communication with packaging lab and quality assurance to start the formulation of the
box or wrapping and outer box.
 Preparing the scientific documents for the products from the inserts, patient information
leaflets in English and Arabic and product specific characters.
 Revising the whole process to decrease the mistakes.
 Starting to prepare for the product 4Ps.
 Premarketing activities to test the concept accepting and to correct any mistakes in process
of putting the positioning.
 Feedback.
 Message modification if needed.
 Training the concerned personal on the new product.
 Optimization through sharing the message and feedback.
 Synchronization of the whole company department to serve our new customers.
 Internal marketing of our company future.

- Egypt) since as a responsible for re launching Venotec Cap. (Venoprotective drug),
launching new products as Asutec 300mg cap (for osteoarthritis) and multivitamins syrup
for children (kiddicare syrup).
1. Worked in most of Cairo territories.
2. Good Relations With the most of important key opinion leaders.
3. Shared in preparation of many conferences and symposiums.

Responsibilities:
 Consider Market conditions - Market Research e.g. SWOT analysis, Marketing Mix Product, Price, Promotion, Place
 Responsible for sitting the marketing plan for old products and the newly launched products.
 Responsible for training the MR and transfer the product knowledge to them.
 Responsible for follow up the marketing plans and the agreed massage and how the MR folly
understanding it.
 Manage the Product Management documentation- Product manual(s), Release Plan(s),
Product Roadmap(s), Release Notes and any other Requirements-level notes/sketches
 Communicate and capture requirements in a way that customers can understand them e.g.
Themes, Epics, Logos, Brochures, Clinical studies, Test Cases, and Conditions of Satisfaction
etc.
 Document feedback from the development team (e.g. viability of stories and top-level
effort estimates).
 I have made 180 % growth to Venotec sales in 2008-2009, which moved Venotec capsules from
11th to 3rd order market share in venoprotective therapy area which includes Diosmin /
Hsperidine drugs in IMS.
