• Undertake a critical review the Royal Commission's Economic Plan and provide economic analysis and recommendations towards developing and implementation a successful base for the city.
• Collect, analyze financial, political and socio-economic data.

• Review and develop economic objectives for social/community and leadership initiatives.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, tenants and investors in order to obtain the necessary feedback on proposed economic plans and initiatives.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to promote the Royal Commission, contribute to industry publications.
+ Conduct and supervise the research on geoeconomics, economic security and other economic issues of Pakistan
+ Write opinion articles (OpEds) in reputed newspapers on the topics related to the economy and current issues of Pakistan
+ Supervise and review the articles of researchers
+ Capacity building and mentoring of researchers
+ Attend and represent CASS Lahore in the nominated seminars, conferences and workshops
+ Provide technical advise on matters related to economy of Pakistan
+ Establish and maintain liaison with similar think tanks and key stakeholders

+ Effectively plan, design, and conduct economic analyses that advance the objectives of project teams working on issues across varying urban sectors.
+ Conduct economic change related analysis and provide expertise in the inter-linkages of spatial, environmental and economic visions and the economic impact of development and urban infrastructure projects
