Managing minor and major projects (AX, LIS, website, ...etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager and leading a team of 8 resources in a project for Saudi MOI (Ministry of Interior) hospitals and ERP Deployment (at AMI premises or at MOI).
Managing all functions of project life cycle from initiation to requirement finalization, scoping, estimation, scheduling, Control & KPI definition and delivery.
Responsible for Pre sales consultancy including implementations, presentations, reply on RFI/RFP, preparing response/proposal, providing customers with technical solutions, instructions, and education services including training
Involved in System analysis, analyzing the workflow and collecting the technical requirements, report writing, writing contracts and change request forms, reporting to upper managers, status reports for the customers.
Spear heading meet with the customer & the customer managers and updating them at the same time answer their questions and taking their requests.
Providing regular visits to the different sites and should make self-available onsite every time the inspection team visits a site.
Carry out the planning and monitoring of projects.
Assist the business in the preparation and communication of Project Business Cases.
Prepare and communicate Project Initiation Documents.
Assess, control and manage the risks to the project, prepare mitigation and contingency plans.
Manage overall progress and resource deployment, including initiating corrective action where required.
Change control, variations and configuration management.
Reporting via End Stage and Highlight reports.
Manage the overall direction and integrity of projects, in consultation with other relevant parties.
Identification of lessons learned and production of the report.
Production and presentation of the end of project report.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams and managers.

Implementing metaSOFT HMS in 8 hospitals.
Implementing Saudi CBAHI (Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Reported to the General Manager and led a team of 19 resources for day to day operations as well as project delivery role arranging delivery of functional projects.
Receive business plans, analyze expenses, discuss with the GM IT plans and SLAs, provide inputs on manpower hardware and software cost and effort, and projects needed to be outsourced to prepare the IT strategy plans.
Do System Analysis by receive business requirements, review the consultants’ blue-print, add system configurations to the blue-print, and seek for approvals to develop an accurate blue-print of business requirements for ERP functionalities.
Develop project plans for system development, testing, and training; Assign tasks to team members; Manage changes with various functions; Take corrective actions to minimize risks; Review weekly the project status to execute the project in a timely manner and within the quality standards.
Direct the team to develop ERP modules as per approved blue-print; Develop ERP module in case of resource constraints; Prepare test scenarios; Verify test results; Test the modules developed by the team; Receive feedback from Key Users; Provide feedback to team; Verify changes implemented; Obtain sign off from HODs in order to develop ERP systems in a timely manner as per blue-print.
Review the database and ERP system weekly Plan for corrective action based on the report; Direct team to make required changes in order to achieve optimal performance of the database system.
Review the report submitted by external auditors on IT security in the IT Security Committee meeting; Plan for actions discussed in the meeting; Receive New approved User list; Review list against authorization standards; direct team on changes required; Approve New User list to maintain security of IT systems in the organization.
Evaluate new software under consideration; Renew ERP licensing requirements; Provide inputs and suggestions to GM for negotiations in order to procure specified software at an optimal cost and as per requirements.
Discuss KRAs with team; Review performance of team; Coach and guide the team; Appraise team's performance; Identify training needs of team; Recommend team for training programs in order to build an effective team.

Successfully installed Microtech Infinity Enterprise ERP in 3 branches.
Sales Force Automation software (Sales Buzz) for 300 Handhelds.
Received Certificates from Proctor & Gamble for MAIA Project in all Speed Branches.
Recipient of Recognition Certificate from Proctor & Gamble for excellence in solving all MAIA issues.
Played a key role in implementation of SPEED Datacenter (DC, ISA, Exchange, DB, Web, FTP, and Citrix).
Installed NetApp SAN to maintain IT services databases and implemented the highest security technology through ISA server and Cisco ASA + CSC.
Implemented high availability solutions and disaster recovery plans for all IT services.
Instrumental in upgrading the Datacenter using HP Blade servers and Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environments.
Scored 2nd place in all near east (Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, & Sudan) P&G distributors IT teams.
