Having around 11 years of experience in Gulf countries in the areas like Project Execution / Project Monitoring/Project Coordination related to 220/33, 132/33 KV GIS Substation & 33/11 AIS Substation

Preparation of schedules and proposals, negotiation, project planning, scheduling, progress review / monitoring, and reporting to all concerned for successful completion of the projects within contractual time and costs without sacrificing quality and safety norms.

Engineering Support/Procurement
•Reviewing & understanding of Engineering design documents, drawings and quality control procedures
•Identification of material specifications as per project requirement, vendor coordination and preparation of material requisition document
•Identifying and developing quality vendor sources for achieving cost effective procurement and co-ordination with vendors to ensure adherence to technical specifications

Project management/Quality assurance
•Ensuring Implementation of Quality System Procedure in the area of operation and control.
•Timely Execution of site works with optimum resources.
•Reporting progress, highlighting hold-ups, etc. to Construction Manager and Project Manager and to the related groups / departments.
•Identifying and recording any problem relating to the product, process and Quality System in the operation and control.
Site management (Construction and Commissioning)
•Supervision of site activities and provide guidance to site Engineers.
•Arranging necessary resources (i.e.) manpower, tools / tackles & Materials at project site
•Interacting with Customer
