Responsibilities: HR & PR related
• Liaise with PRO and HR/Admin Coordinator for the overall visa processing of the entire staff including Doctor’s and general admin.
• Receives application and records candidates’ information.
• Prepare list of names and documents for the approval of visa application.
• Preparing documents and monitoring the status of employment visas, express visa, visit visa, contract visa etc.
• Monitoring the progress of residence permit for the employees.
• Preparing documents and monitoring the cancellation of visa for the terminated/resigned employees.
• Preparing documents and monitoring the absconded/missing workers to be submitted to labour and immigration.
• Responsible for the preparation of entry permit to be submitted to airport and arrange the airport pick up for the new arrived employees.
• Monitoring the workers, staff and subcontractors original passport.
• Maintaining the confidential files of the company, staffs and personal files.
• Responsible for the distribution of company ID and labour card to staff.
• Liaising with the Ministry of Health relating to Doctors and the paramedical staff licenses.
• Liaising with the Muscat Municipality for taking necessary permissions for maintaining the hospital’s vehicles registration and keeping track of the insurances of the vehicles.
Responsibilities: Recruitment
• Acquiring the recruitment budget and appropriately staffing the organization with quality manpower.
• Taking care of the walk in & phone candidates and creating a database for future requirements.
• Head hunting of Specialized Doctors through various sources.
• Ensure building a skill-wise active candidate database of financial sector through various sourcing strategies, channels & Mechanism (head hunting, internet, job portals like Monster and Bayt.com, referrals, etc).
• Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Responsible for the candidate management.
• Handled client’s like Emirates Bank, Noor Islamic Bank, Du (Tecom)
• Creating a database of IT sector through various sources (direct, internet, job portals, referrals, etc.)
• Solely responsible for the internal recruitment.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Responsible for the client management & candidate management.
• Procuring the requirement from the client.
• Forwarding the short listed profiles to the client.
• Follow up with the client as well as with candidate.
