Review and evaluate the contractor Interim Payment Application (IPA) prior to Preparing IPC
Preparing detailed claims for payment in accordance with the conditions of contract ensuring all claims are fully documented with supporting details
Evaluate and interpret main contract, subcontract and supply conditions and obligations and advise management and project team on liabilities and risks under the contractual arrangements
Review of Bonds and Insurances as submitted by the Contractor

Follow up with the supplier/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with the supplier/sub-contractor when required

Coordinate with project manager staff to establish initial budgets, develop cost estimates working with suppliers and other sources, and perform monthly Estimate at Completions on projects
Analyze projects to ensure that project funding is adequate by performing estimates, cost forecasts, cost trends, and accrual of actual costs
Working with other departments to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency or improving workflow processes within the organization
Coordinate and liaise with Area Managers and other internal / external parties and vendors to ensure all construction packages are identified
