• Presently working as Construction Director at Expo 2020, Dubai. • Managed and handed over a fast track project Mina Al Sultan Qaboos Waterfront Sales Center, for Damac in Oman.
This project is a JV between International Developer Damac and OMRAN(MTDC) which is Oman government tourism development arm.
Worked as General Manager to manage and construct various projects for prestigious clients like DMCC, FDC Interiors, Ramky Enviro Middle East etc for construction of large warehouses and interior/furniture factories.
Managed claims for Variations, EOT, Prolongation costs. Cost Control on projects
Lead the team as Operations Director for Joinery Factory and Projects for multiple interior fitout projects like Retail,
Restaurants, Events, Residential, Offices, etc. and looked after entire Operations of the company
Lead the team on MBR city project. The Meydan Group and Sobha Group have created a JV - Maydan Sobha LLC
FZ - to develop multibillion dollar, 45 million square feet of freehold land into an exclusive destination of Luxury Villas and
Mansions, surrounded by expansive green parks and lagoons within Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Project is spread over 600 acres with over 1500 Luxury Villas, has 9 kms of Lagoon & 8 km of cycle track.
There are 267 High end Villas and 19 Mansions being constructed in Phase 1.
Responsible for delivery of half million square feeet, 68 numbers of Luxury Villas on time and then 19 super luxury Mansions
Maintained project schedule while interacting with internal customers (proposal, engineering, technical validation, supply chain, expediting, quality assurance), as well as the end user (customer) and the engineer.
Monitored and maintained a project budget including labor and materials, such that forecasted margins are maintained or improved upon.
Provided regular, periodic project status updates, relative to milestone completion, risk/opportunity potential, as well as cost & revenue forecasting and cash.
Worked closely with other departments (Proposal, Engineering, Supply chain, Expediting, QA, Finance, Legal, Insurance and HES) as required to ensure successful project execution.
Hands-on experience in appointing / co-ordinating with Architects, Consultants and Vendors, finalizing schemes after evaluation, finalizing all contracts civil / utilities, etc., and co-ordinating all construction activities including MEP
Oversaw successful implementation of Health & Safety standards at site for project construction
Assess and approve sub-contractor proposals, evaluate competency/prequalification of sub-contractors & its key staff and propose changes accordingly
Monitor & control sub-contractors works, prepare method of statement & work procedures for various activities ensuring strict establishment, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System at the site

Worked as Head of Projects Deptt. for UAE, with multiple projects from concept design to key handover for premier clients in UAE. These projects are Pre-fabricated modular building (offices/Villas)
with high end internal finishes/Fitouts and external finishes such as Aluminum cladding or EIFS (BASF) finish. Spacemaker also Exports pre-fabricated units/Flat packs to Qatar, Oman, Iraq, Afghanistan etc. for oil and gas industry.
Completed Fast track projects with duration from 4 weeks to 8 weeks for clients such as Manchester United Football club -Reem Developers, TDIC, GolfinDubai(Emirates Golf Club, Dubai), EMAL, DUBAL, BYRNE, Abu Dhabi Ship Building, Unilever, Al Futtaim Carillion, Leighton, Murray & Roberts, Schlumberger, Max Boegl, Dorsche, Sheikh Hamdaan, Engineers Office, EO, Mission General, System Construct, EOM, Sheikh Mansoor office, MB Petroleum.

**Based at Dubai and Reporting to Construction/Operations Director, my role was to drive works independently, support senior management, dealing with clients/consultants for technical and other administrative issues & govt. approvals etc. for multiple projects. Additionally, I was associated to improve productivity in our group business by creating structure, developing and managing delivery of technical modules. Independently, I have been actively involved in establishing this business objective through setting up a system and delivery process.
Last project completed- Hotel “Atlantis” ($ 1.5 Bn) on The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Worked as Client’s representative in Construction Management team for this prestigious 5-star luxury hotel project from pre-tender stage to handover. Finally, managed and handled the interior fit out works for
completion of 1539 guest rooms and suites. Spread over 50 hectares the project includes 1539 room hotel, , Conference centre, , Aquarium & Retail village, Dolphin centre, water Rides & Themepark.

• Dubai International Airport; Interior works for Ibis and Novotel Hotel, Dubai - 4 star hotel; Interior fit out works for Luxury retail European megastores like Massimo Dutti, Zara, Virgin, Promod and Salsa in Burjuman Mall, Dubai; Hyatt Regency Dubai (External Façade) - 5-star hotel; J W Marriott hotel apartments, Dubai (skywalk bridge) - 5-star hotel apartments; Dubai World Trade Center Exhibition Halls.

**Project : Optical Fiber Cable Network and Telephone exchanges, Communication Towers (Value- $ 11.45-Bn)
**Responsibilities
• Planning strategy for completion of works at multiple sites in the spread.
• Manage projects execution (Civil and interior) at various sites and Spread Progress monitoring with proactive resolution of all technical and other issues in the spread.
• Manage contractors and arrange meetings for conflicts management for timely works completion.
• Allocate works to engineering staff in the spread & their supervision.
• Handing over buildings like Telephone Exchanges, Towers and telecom network to the client Reliance Telecom.
**Achievement - Delivery and handover of OFC network as Head of Spread to Reliance Telecom 10 days ahead of schedule. I was assigned this position after serious problems with progress in the Spread and resignation of previous Spread In charge. This was achieved by due diligence as team work and by creating interest & motivation and in the project team.

**Headed and handled independently this set up for establishing the project team and system of works from scratch for marbles/ interiors works.
• Acted key link between Production unit at Delhi and site at Shimla/Agra.
• Managed supply & installation of 30, 000 sft. cut-to-size Italian marbles such as Crema Nova, Crema Marfil, & Dark Emperador, Rosa-Zarci, Udaipur Green, Black Granite, Cheema Pink Granite for guest bathrooms and public areas for the hotel
• Prepared scope of works and issued contracts to subcontractors.
• Interview and recruitment of staff, development of site team and set up site office
• Managed all technical and commercial correspondence. Cost Analysis, variations, submission of claims for works to client.

**Projects : Oberoi Cecil - A 5 star Hotel and Oberoi Udaivilas - A 5 star heritage hotel (Declared as the best hotel in the world in 2007)
**Responsibilities
• The Oberoi Cecil is a 5-star hotel project in hills where I managed execution of civil, MEP & interior fit out works for hotel through main contractor and subcontractors from start to finish in coordination with Architect, Interior designer and other consultants.
• Independently handled construction of hanging swimming pool, health club, plant room etc. installation of heavy machinery and equipments - D.G sets, Boilers, PHE’s, Electric panels etc.
Transferred to Udaivilas (Rajasthan) for another 5-star for to kick- off construction works. Looked after complete coordination of civil, interior fit out, landscape & MEP works. Carving & Theming works. Sourcing of local, traditional Carvers for carving based on Rajasthan tradition - Visit to stone mines and recommendations of suppliers.
• Managed carving & Theming works. Sourcing of local, traditional Carvers for carving based on Rajasthan tradition on Mewara stone.
• Managed production of Pre cast elements. Decorative precast theme based elements were a major feature of the project.
