•Prepare season wise OTB plan at the brand level and discuss with a buyer for finalization.
•Attend fashion trade shows along with a buyer and then have showroom appointments for
final merchandise selection.
•Order management by keeping track of orders and pushing relevant data in the system.
•Vendor management by following up from placing orders until GRN.
•Define brand wise mark up and retail prices to get the planned margins.

•Define the stock holding capacity of each store based on available fixture counts and deliver
stocks accordingly.
•Initial allocations to be planned in a way that 40% of merchandise is available for
replenishment.
•In season merchandise management-Maintain proper mix of new vs old season stocks.
•Stock movement within stores for higher sell thru's.
•Frequent visit to store and regional distribution center.
•Reduce logistic cost by Initiating local buying for home and toys items and this resulted in a
margin jump of 11%.
