Working as Construction Support Manager in EPC Project of REPLACE PYSCHIATRIC FACILITIES -in DHAHRAN HEALTH CENTER (DHC)- ARAMCO
1- The work include to Coordinate with GS+ Consultant and Outside kingdom Consultant to Design the Project and per the AIA Guidelines and the Special need of the Psychiatric.
2- Managing all construction activity in the site.
3- Handling the Stakeholder (ARAMCO ) needs through report, meeting and change order

Cost estimating for the new projects to the following clients :
1- Ministry of Water projects (Pump stations, Sewage treatment plants, and water &sewage networks).
2- Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu Projects.
3- Saudi Aramco & KJO Projects.
4- Ministry of Defense and Aviation projects.
5- Ministry of Higher Education projects (Universities & faculties).
Managing Technical office Team on the Company for the following activity:
1- Prepare the monthly invoices for the client.
2- Prepare the material submittal for new &running projects.
3- Prepare the shop drawing required for the projects.
4- Cost control for the running Projects.
5- Prepare any Variation or Change order.
6- Prepare the agreements with supplier &subcontractors
7- Review and approve the invoices from suppliers or subcontractor.
• Participating in developing the company strategy.
Managing the Construction division in the Company. Cost estimating for the new projects.

School Maintenance for the Ministry of Education for a total amount of (1, 000, 000 S.R.)
Finishing Work of Five Story Administration Building in DammamCity (Total amount= 2.5 million S.R.).
Construction of Bachelor Quarters, MTD, Aviation and 5 Schools Package project (KJO for Saudi ARAMCO & Kuwait Gulf, Al-Khafji). Project budget: SAR 596 Million.
Construction of 20 Housing Units Compound with Infrastructure Project (King Fahd Military Medical Complex, Dhahran).Project budget: SAR 36.5 Million
Construction of 12 Housing Units Project (King Abdul-Aziz Naval Base, Jubail).Project budget: SAR 23 Million
Construction of Electrical substations including towers for Electrical transmission line(also Responsible for Reviewing Design -Coordination with SEC-ERB For the approval of Materials & IFC Drawings) :
