• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
•Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
•Provide administrative/secretarial support for various departments/divisions such as answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients and resolve accounting discrepancies;
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems;
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems;
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits and other accounting and finance tasks may required.
Receiving Cash (Opening Balance ).Carry-Over amounts & operations from Preparing the final report stating the balance details by the end of day and submits a copy to my supervisor and another copy to my file.
Responsible For the Main Cash.
