Handling the project from the contact signature till handing over to the end-user
Work in Riyadh Metro Project responsibility in piles cap and foundations with columns
1-FOLLOW-UP WORK AT THE SITES & PROCESSING WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS 2-TECHNICALl SUPPORT&SUPERVISION - IRRECTION, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING 3-PROCESSING - MATERIAL SUBMITTALS 5-PLANNING & CONTROL - MANPOWER, MATERIAL & TIMING FOR THE WORK 6-MAKING CONTRACTS WITH SUBCONTRACTORS AND MAKING THE INVOICE FOR THE SUBCONTRACTORS 7- HANDDING OUT THE SITES TO THE OWNER
1- Receipt of the Architectural and Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Drawings for the project from the project consultant.
2-Study and review of construction plans with architectural, mechanical and electrical plans to make sure there is no issues.
3- Prepare the shop drawings for structural drawing.
4-Prepare the schedule to finish the shop drawing to coordinate it with other department .
5-Support the subcontractors to solve any issue by coordinating with project manager and site engineer.
6-Provide suggestions to solve the structural issues.
7-Submit weekly progress reports.
8-Communication with the consultancy office if there is any structural problems or any questions.
1-Study & understand the architecture drawings of this project.

► Scientific Degree: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Philadelphia University (2014) ► Graduation Project Subject: Design of concrete structure. ► Accumulative Grade: Very Good ( 80.7 of 100 ) ► Project Grade: Excellent The Architectural description of the project The project is Institute in Daraa-Syria consists of five blocks The first block (block A) This block is the main of the project with area of 840 m2 which consists of five floors plus basement located on a part of the block area, and consists of several halls of teaching. The second block (block B) It is the Western block of the project consists of four floors with area of 314 m2 for each floor and each floor consists of two teaching rooms with two stairs and two hall. The third block (block C) A centrist block of the project consists of three floors with area of 340 m2 for each floor and each floor consists of a number of administrative rooms in addition to a large hall which make the main entrance to the institute Fourth block (block D) It is the northern block of the project consists of one floor is a large amphitheater communicates with the main mass directly
