•Ensure smooth timely & error free implementation of payroll process by close coordination with departments across all stations in cross verification with the Attendance management system.
•Monitoring & guiding the team in handling the Employee files, processing annual leave, vacation, sick leave settlements. Updating of employee records including Increments & Promotions.
•Closely monitor on the employee grievances, their process being followed and if required make sure disciplinary procedures are implemented.
•Suggest roadmap for comprehensive reports on administrative function, and initiate control over day to day routine administrative & personnel activities.
•Ensure promptness towards company related travel and guest relation - applying appropriate visa (Transit / Visit), Hotel booking / arranging accommodation, ticket booking as per applicability, logistics and organizing gifts.
•Initiate plan, Schedule & Organize for the entire Welfare & Facilities functions like employee engagements, sports day, family get together, group celebrations of birthdays, employee get together, annual day event and other programs
•Monitoring of the Transport facilities for staff & workmen, maintenance of vehicles, renewal of insurance and registration. Facilitate timely payment for Petrol cards, Salik (toll), Parking cards, traffic fines and initiate recovery if applicable
