• Working with General Manager & Top management in preparing strategic & financial analysis, forecast & other reports “what if scenario & other future plans”.
• Executing Interim and Yearend financial statements (Financial Position, P&L and Cash Flow statement) based on IFRS.
• Prepare and monitor business plan, operational budget with Variance and cost analysis and providing top management with recommendations for improvements.
• Provides monthly managements accounts, Budgets, forecasts, profitability analysis “based on channels, SKU’s, regions and projects” in addition to other financial reports to aid management decisions.
• Plan & Conduct comprehensive studies to determine the cost of business activities in order to improve its operational and financial effectiveness.
• Leading the Finance & Accounts department to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency and ensuring that all processes are in compliance with Policies & IFRS.
• Handling the facilities and responsible of the communication with and provision of all the reports and documents requested by the finance providers.
• Liaising and supporting the external auditor.
• Supporting other departments “Sales, Legal and Human Resources” in various tasks and projects.
- Accomplishments: -
•Played a big role in the organization restructuring which resulted in the increase of profitability.
•Enhancing the accounting system by introducing Dimension codes "cost centers & areas codes and re-charted the GL accounts (Main & Sub) resulting in the improvement of the financial reports & ability to execute customized report.
•Training and supporting the Finance team and ensuring the rotation of all finance team members in order to perform their colleague duties for a period of time. The Aim is to ensure that all the finance team members have sufficient knowledge in most of the areas.
•Changing effectively the work process remotely during the Lockdown (Covid-19) without effecting the work flow.
• Performing the Monthly closing & Accounts analysis (Accruals, Provision, VAT, Cost, and Stock)
• Preparing Monthly financial reports in addition to Ad hoc reports.
• Supervising & Supporting the Account departments and ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of Receivables, payables, costing, payroll and treasury.
• Work closely with the external Auditor and provide them with all needed support.
• Fixed Assets Registration (Acquisition, Disposals & Depreciation)
• Preparing and monitoring the Overheads report and performing analysis on variances in addition to highlighting any potential savings
Accomplishments:
• Innovate & improve the financial reports & templates used by the Finance department (Payroll, Bank & Petty cash reconciliation & Facilities) resulting in faster & better execution of needed reports.
• Creating a filing system to simplify access to needed files (Hard & Soft Copy).
• Ensuring timely and smoothly processing and posting of invoices and reconciliation.
• Perform weekly payment runs based on the financial leverage.
• Performing breakdown analysis on all the payables accounts.
• Preparing and handling the monthly payroll (Payroll &Vacation).
• Preparing the Year of end service calculation for employees.
Accomplishments:
• Worked closely with the suppliers and performed reconciliation on all the suppliers and service providers account. The Aim of the project was to fix the accounts since 80% of the accounts had variances and in 3 months almost 90% of the differences were resolved.

• Preparing & monitoring the Overheads report on a monthly basis with some analysis of actuals Vs. Budget and highlighting any potential savings to Finance Manager.

• Ensuring timely and smoothly processing and posting of invoices & partners’ debit/Credit notes and reconciliation of both Suppliers & customer accounts.
