My Job profile includes following:
1) List of Consultants/Architects/Turnkey Contractors/or any potential clients are prepared based on the upcoming projects in the selected region and a meeting is done to introduce our company profile & type of work which falls under our belt.
2) If any potential enquiry is on board its site layout & client's requirements are requested and understood.
3) Based on that site survey is done and understand the types of HVAC system which is best suited as per the site conditions and client's requirements.
4) Based on the data collected, Heat Load is calculated and accordingly machines are selected & Bill Of Quantity is prepared.
5) Finally rates are added to prepare final quotation and submitted to client along with the proposed layout. In case of tenders, Commercial and Technical bid is submitted as per the tender requirements.
6) Once the tender is awarded, a kick off meeting is done with client & our project team to elaborate the scope of work and our on site requirements to execute the work. Then the project is handed to the Projects Department.
I was supposed to represent the technical front of the product to the client along with the Sales Executive and close the deal. Co-ordinate with site representatives and factory to set priorities for the factory according to site conditions and get the material certified from client on receipt. Also, to provide troubleshoot solutions to the client in case of any escalation
