NewBoy is a FMCG company engages in the marketing and distribution of various Foods, Toys and Stationery products in the Middle East and North AfricaI. I am managing the whole KSA fleet of delivery the products the Key accounts and whole sales customers with more than 850 units of Trucks, Vans and Trailers.
I am managing, direct the Transportation activities for NPC employees, deliver raw materials and finish products. NPC have more than 450 units as total Fleet Included pickups, cars, trucks, ref. trucks & Trailers..
For Transportation:
• Formulating and implementation Policy, SOP of transportation activities and Fleet Management.
• Managing daily activities of transportations’ Drivers and monitor daily schedule of 43 drivers.
• Delivering raw materials to the company through trailers like Fuel tankers from Aramco, dry/frozen container from seaport, Feed mill, …etc.
• Delivering the finish product to the market / customer by using ref. trucks and deliver the export shipment to seaport by ref. container.
• Ensuring correct product handling standards are implemented in the vehicle loads and warehouse storing.
• Implementing Cold food logistics standard in ref. truck before and during loading as well as cold stores to meet the Quality Standards.
• Monitoring and develop hygiene and Cleanliness fleet to meet the Company standards.
• Developing the communication skills to ensure proper communication between Transportation team and the employees to achieve the trips on time without any delay.
• Managing the Transportation process through in-house or outsourced drivers (if not available) and I build good relationship with outsourcing companies like Buss Company, rental car companies, Commercial Trailers …etc.
• Analyzing the operational and productivity report.
• Maintaining the daily record of trips and analyze the date every month to achieve the KPIs like no. of trips, cost of 1 trips, fuel consumption, no. of accident, saving amount Vs. out-resourcing & drivers performance.
• Conducting and resolving driver issues through counseling and performance management sessions
• Implementing safety driving, loading/ handling standards to avoid any accident on the way and reviewing that with drivers every week.
• Evaluating the team every quarter, support and teach them to develop the weakness.
• Yearly Budget planning and monitoring the monthly expenses to control and reduce the cost.
For Fleet Management:
• Managing more than 450 units including pickups, cars, trucks, ref. trucks & Trailers.
• Formulation and implementation Policy, SOP of all the fleet operation activities like accidents, , maintenance, leasing vehicles.
• Initiate fleet management strategy in NPC and implementing to improve the quality of fleet services and reduce the cost more than 20 million during next 5 years.
• Preparing & develop guidelines for vehicle’s user to be easy for them to operate the vehicle and keep it in good conditions which included Routine service plan, How he can request the maintenance, how he can deal with accident, Insurance policy, vehicles cleaning.
• Coordinating Fleet Operations to optimize the availability of vehicles to company.
• Monitoring the repair and maintenance operation for all vehicles, trucks, Motorbikes and trailers to achieve users satisfaction.
• Corporate with central workshop to make schedule of preventive services for the fleet to ensure safe and reliable usage of vehicles and to keep them running smoothly by using ERP system.
• Plan & Develop retirement of vehicles and replace by new.
• Maintaining fleet record, documents and insurance and monitoring to renew before expire.
• Maintaining the daily record of maintenance and services and analyzing the data every month to achieve the KPIs like cost of repairing, down time, repairing time, fleet utilization.
• Building good relationship with suppliers of spare parts, automotive company, workshops and rental cars. Strong coordination with other Departments to meet them requirements.
• Coaching, and training staff for (Driving behavior course, 5S course, Kaizen, Report writing), and training planning for fleet & logistics teams cooperating with NPC Training center.

6. Coaching, and training staff for (, 5S course, , AM system), .
7. Rearranged for production lines to be more smoothly.
1. Control the vehicles movement by built new fleet section and 15 branches inside Jeddah.
2. Built the policy and procedures of Fleet operation section.
3. Increase the vehicles utilizations and availability by using pool idea.
4. Monitoring and controlling for all lease vehicles projects to insure the contractors made all agreements.
5. Reduce the fuel consumptions more than 35% by Sahl System card implementation with Tashelat Co.
6. Improve the maintenance services quality by closed the own workshop and made contract with outside company.
