Managing the company projects portfolio as well as heading five projects groups responsible for handling the Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Instrument projects covering the four Ammonia & Urea trains.
This also involves leading a multinational competent engineering workforce of forty senior and project engineers covering all trades.
Performing feasibility studies, basic & detailed engineering, planning, budgeting, contracting, procurement, managing site construction, mechanical completion & commissioning and participation in many brown field start ups.
Managed a US$ 350 m project portfolio of many challenging projects.
