Lead the facilities team to ensure:
• Accountable to the completion of regular building maintenance including: H VAC system, main power transformer, warranty roof inspections, etc. and the maintenance of such records
• Ensure that the building is in compliance with all legal requirements as set out by the Ministry of the Environment
• Ordering of all materials, equipment and goods required by the facilities team to ensure continuous operation
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facilities team to ensure all department tasks are completed regularly and up to the standard required.
• Work with regular contractor who provide facilities related work or engage with contractors for specific work to be completed under their supervision
• Ensure that all purchase orders and invoices are properly processed in a timely fashion to ensure contain Proper operation of waste water treatment system
• Ensure proper collection, sorting and removal of all waste streams (garbage, recycling, waste water, etc.)
• Responsible for landscaping, snow removal and all other grounds related activities using factory support.

Manage and supervised after-market department.
