Audi Bank- Audi Saradar Group acquires in October 2006 a Sudanese Bank under the name of National Bank of Sudan. A team from head quarters in Beirut was then selected to manage and restructure the bank and the infrastructure in compliance with the Head Quarters Goal and Vision. I was selected as a member of that team and I was assigned to following duties during my mission
- Responsible of Credit Administration Department.
- Dealing with Corporate Clients - Relationship Manager
- Implementation of the Credit Risk Department.
- Developing the core banking system (Islamic Investment Module).
- Developing a new automatic payment system
- Oversees & follow-up collections & credit recovery with responsible Unite
- Reviewing all policies and procedures related to consumer landing finance.
- Sudan Credit Committee member.
Study loan request ( Personal - Commercial - Housing…) based on the general conditions of the bank through interviews with applicants, checking application forms, credit ratings, credit scores, pay slips and other information.
it was a new position, and a 2 years project in the company. the main duty was to know the cost of each product ( more then 200 products) .
