1. Managing the technical and commercial process of quotations, tenders and orders in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions to close the deals safely.
3. Giving the support to sales team in the technical and commercial aspects to fulfill the customer requirements.
4. Prepare a cost analysis and study competitor’s prices to ensure that the offered prices are competitive.
5. Participating in cost reduction and enhancement projects for the cables manufacturing.
6. Managing the process of cable design.
7. Monitoring orders follow-up daily report.
8. Monitoring customer stock.
9. Managing the follow-up and interface with the supply chain, the product development and finance
10. Managing meetings, and coordinate with Sales and Engineering Departments.
11. Generate management monthly reports for:
• Quotations status, products information and quotation total value
• Won/lost quotations with reason of Win or lose.
• Tenders status
• Stock status
12. Amend department procedures and policy when needed to suite our client’s perspective.
13. Sharing in advice and implement the corrective actions for the customer complaints.
14. Monitoring department engineers and provide needed support
15. Monitoring department KPIs
16. Direct contact with Managing director and top management staff.
