future cost forecasting

Collect and compile progress and cost data and develop cost control reports for review
by mill teams

Monitoring of Sales Proceeds & Credit Control policies.
Sales Product Analysis.
Establishment of Internal Controls.
Coordinating with Tanzania Revenue Authority for VAT audits and refunds.
To ensure timely, accurate and complete booking of all the transactions in General
ledger and ensure that all data from sub-ledgers is incorporated into the general ledger
timely and accurately.
To review and ensure completeness and accuracy of analysis / reconciliation of
accounts and ensure all the sub-ledger data agrees with balances in the related
general ledger control accounts.
To work closely with all staff to ensure the company's financial accounting objectives
are met and exceeded.
Funds Availability: Manage the financial resources of the company within local
constraints to ensure that funds are available to meet operating and investment
expenses.
Bank Accounts: manage company bank accounts, control and minimize bank charges
and interest.
Payments: execute, reconcile, account for, and report all payments by the company.
Receipts: receive, reconcile, and report all receipts to the company.
