-Plans, schedules and reviews the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities related to MEP systems including HVAC, Fire Fighting and other Specialist Systems to ensure optimum performance.

-To inspect the site time-to-time (Daily - weekly - Monthly) to monitor standard of work and completion schedule to ensure quality of workmanship maintained on site.

-Arrange team resources to cover both PPM and Reactive duties as required by site operations.

-To coordinate the PPM for all third party systems and timely reporting of any emergencyvbreakdown to the concerned contractor and ensure timely completion of repair work.

-To attending the weekly base meeting with client in site operation.

-Marketing, Identifying potential customers, contractors/resellers/end-user for Carrier HVAC & Refrigeration products across UAE.
-Preparation of full year business plan, yearly/monthly forecasting, bookings & receivables.

-Processing bookings, Sales Order, Delivery orders and invoicing, through ERP software (SAP)
and managing inventory accordingly.

-Exhibit and participating company products in internationally held exhibitions in Middle East and
Africa.
-Successfully achieved sales target for 3 consecutive years.
