• Drives the full-cycle talent acquisition process in sourcing, screening, recruiting and interviewing qualified candidates.
• This includes identifying and assessing recruitment needs; developing candidate profiles that define necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies; and complying with company policy, practice, and procedures.
• Identifies and selects effective sourcing methods and techniques using the Internet, advanced search techniques, and advanced sourcing skills to identify talent.
• Selects methods and techniques with which to analyze recruiting-related data and situations and address and resolve problems; identifies areas for process improvement and drives the various components of the internal and external selection process.

• Organizing effective platforms and meetings to educate the line managers about basic Dos and Don’ts of interviewing.
• Managing turn around time (TOT) on every hiring request to ensure compliance with the SOPs.
• Manage university liaison & internship program with the leading universities of Pakistan to attract fresh graduates & fulfill entry level requirement of departments.
• Conducting exit interviews to manage issues of employee retention. Also dealt with conflict resolution, grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations, and resignations.
• Acquired hands on experience of preparing recruitment advertisements, application processing, short listing of applicants, conducting screening interviews and short listing of candidates for placement at open positions
• Conducted reference checks of candidates, prepared evaluation results and presenting job offers to selected candidates
• Supporting in design and implementation of an orientation system for all new employees in order to provide them an introductory insight about the organization and its operations
• Monitor the activities related to T&D in the area of staff training and management development/ staff capability improvement activities to support achievement of business objectives.
