Responsibilities include following:

- Provide superior Customer Service through efficient processing of Customer Orders, timely deliveries against their orders & support them to resolve their issues and problems
- In continuous contact with GM Sales, RSM and 10+ Retail Shops in initiating and executing their requisite Sales order
Responsible for Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, and Inventory Analysis & Accuracy & record keeping of physical & system Stocks
- Ensuring implementation of Quality and Optimization projects in Warehouse and trade
- Responsible to manage total function of Branch Management including Administration, Finance & Trade Matters
- Responsible for weekly SOP meeting with warehouse operations team to ensure company standard are fully implemented
- Logistics & Transport Management for trade supplies and all ship to Locations
- Planning and initiating the inbound and outbound of stocks within warehouse to meet sales orders on time
- To ensure the compliance of HSE & take care of safety statistics
- Setup layout & space management, work organization charts, procedures.
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
- Ensure stocks are in agreement with Computer Inventory data.
- Prepare a list of depleted products and monitor slow moving products.
- Maintaining the accounts payable in system, local & Imports purchases, payments and reconciliations.
- VAT Return Filling quarterly
- Performs additional duties as directed by management
