Design of HVAC systems and Project Execution
• Coordinating the project activities and drawing specifications to ensure drawings are as per client’s specifications.
• Coordinating with Project Manager and Operations dept. (Planning, Sales, Purchase, Site Supervisors & Quality).
• Providing sound technical inputs & engineering support to the team from conception to completion stage of the product.
• Engineering designs, drawings & documentation; conducting analysis to troubleshoot any deficiency and errors in the air conditioning system.
• Getting approvals for the selected equipments (Chillers, Air Handling Units, Pumps, valves, gauges and inter related automated systems)
• Identify the vendor and help vendor in material and product selection and production activity.
• Ensuring cost reduction through design modification of the existing products.
• Gathering product specifications & designing and modifying / upgrading existing designs.
