Major Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Seek opportunities and develop new business opportunities, resulting in the recruitment and retention of customers.
• Manage current relationships with partner organizations.
• Source new partners.
• Present new Products.
• Work with production department to meet customer needs.
• Work on sales follow-up activities.
• Maintain an accurate up to date database.
• Provide a monthly schedule of planned activities.
• Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the products and the Industry.
Logistics
• Organizing the dispatch and delivery of the goods.
• Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
• Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle.
• Booking sub-contractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms.
• Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation and customer service logs.
Prepare the annual Business Development Plan and the annual Work Plan.
Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from our Company’s services.
Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the clients’ accounts.
Build referral and lead generation network
Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients
Adopt a hands-on approach in monitoring the implementation and execution of marketing programs
Account Management
Increase the company’s involvement with existing clients (Hardees, Kyseria, Leisure Cub, MCB, Borjan etc.)
Develop and deliver the business plans by carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for projects
Develop and manage client communication tools such as the corporate website / company profile etc.
Work with the in-house designer to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines.
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Evaluating marketing campaigns.
Monitoring competitor activities.
Value Added Reselling Solutions
Co-ordination for bidding documents.
Meeting with clients.
Responsible for ITCN 2008 logistics activity for solutions department.
Assisted in marketing activities for Solutions department.
